What is a logo concept?
A logo concept is a fully realised idea of what your business style, logo & colours could be like. In the process we ask you a number of questions to help fuel our creativity and ensure the concept will be in line with your business’s values, it’s key points and also your preference to style and use of colour.
What is included in 'Social Media Assets'?
As soon as you are happy with your new brand and logo, we package up a number of assets to use across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn. We provide these assets to ensure that your business is consistent across all platforms.
How long does the process take from start to finish?
It normally takes us around 3 to 4 weeks from when we send over a brief for us to compile those concepts and work through them with you. At that point when you’re happy we’d then begin any website plan you want to choose. To build out the website normally takes around 3 weeks depending on your feedback.
How can I use my logo and brand to create more social posts in the future?
Provided in our Full Branding package is the inclusion of ‘Canva Tutorials’. Canva is free online tool that makes it really easy for you to create posts for Instagram / Facebook and LinkedIn that help to sell your services and attract new clients.
With our custom tutorials, we provide ready to go templates for Canva that you can easily change the text and images in and save out for your social media accounts. It’s really simple and easy to use for those without the knowledge of professional services.

We want to ensure that you are fully happy with your new logo and brand and as such we’re very happy to change and adapt the concepts we have sent over until it’s perfect for you and your business.
From the first discovery call to the questionnaire we send over, we’ve designed the process to be as simple as possible. By asking the right questions we ensure your personality and thoughts shine through in the creative concepts that we send over. It’s very much a collaborative journey and we love speaking and developing your ideas.
Can I split the payment over a certain time period?
We offer the ability to split both our Logo+ and Full Branding packages across 3 months, giving you the ability to spread the cost. Just let the team know on the discovery call how you’d like to proceed!
